No one should have to suffer the impact of perinatal events alone. Unfortunately, many feel unable to reach out for support in fear of judgement, that they may not be taken seriously, or thinking their experiences are not valid.
With over 10 years experience in supporting women, parents and families through the perinatal period as a midwife, birth educator and mental health practitioner, I believe that every experience is meant to be heard.

I offer bespoke sessions tailored to your own needs and goals, using a variety of therapeutic tools, including mindfulness, hypnosis, meditation and a solution focused approach to emotional health and wellbeing.

I can also provide trauma informed pregnancy and birth planning to support you in your first or subsequent perinatal journey.​​
